Just in time
A victim of its own success, Yeo's Justea initially showed huge growth at launch but quickly suffered from an overzealous brand team who launched too many variants and range extensions in quick succession.
Not surprisingly, confusion among consumers and the trade quickly followed due to ill conceived variant and range designs.
Our task was sharpen the brand strategy, streamline the product portfolio and brand architecture, refresh the brand identity, character design (Justin) and refresh the packaging.
